MGMA Mentorship Program Service Agreement

Effective Date: Purchase Date

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between MGMA Mentorship Program (“Company”) and the participant (“Participant”) upon enrollment in the MGMA Mentorship Program. By enrolling, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Description

The MGMA Mentorship Program is a group-based mentorship program designed to provide educational resources, live group sessions, and actionable strategies for real estate mastery and funding success.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. The full program fee is due upon enrollment and must be paid in full before accessing the program materials and sessions.

2.2. The Participant agrees to make payment through the designated payment platform provided by the Company.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1. All sales are final. The MGMA Mentorship Program does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Participant's inability to attend or complete the program.
  • Dissatisfaction with the program content or delivery.
  • Personal circumstances that may prevent participation.

3.2. The Participant acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy upon enrollment.

4. Program Access

4.1. Participants will receive access to the program materials, live sessions, and resources as outlined in the program description.

4.2. Access to program materials is non-transferable and intended solely for the enrolled Participant.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1. The Participant is responsible for attending scheduled sessions and completing any assignments or activities to maximize the benefits of the program.

5.2. The Participant agrees to maintain confidentiality and not share program materials or content with third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial success as a result of participation in the program.

6.2. The Company is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the Participant’s application of the program content.

7. Termination

7.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s access to the program without refund if the Participant violates the terms of this Agreement or engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert State].

9. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By enrolling in the MGMA Mentorship Program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement, including the no-refund policy.
